Hello Somsom! Hello, it’s been a long time. Kelly’s first time stepping on American soil. She’s writing for the first time in a foreign country. It’s very cool in the shade under a blue sky and warm in the sun.
Originally, I ate a lot of Korean food for breakfast, ate a lot of Korean food for lunch, and ate a lot for dinner. And most people eat a lot of dinner without eating much breakfast. It was always amazing for me, and there was something I longed for. And I’ve never tried it in my life?
But traveling outside, eating breakfast with simple eggs, bananas, apples, etc. reduced my stomach and made me feel so comfortable. It was amazing to myself that my interest in eating decreased and my eating habits changed. Since I’ve eaten a lot, let’s reduce my interest in eating. Of course, I’m not eating all the nutrients evenly right now, but it was amazing that I can live my life even after eating a little light breakfast.
Now, I’m trying to start a business diary, so I’m doing it by minimizing spending and changing my health, but if I get income someday, I won’t make healthy food for myself and live like this.
Anyway, today’s point is that the habit I’ve maintained for about 30 years changes in about two weeks. It made my stomach growl a lot at first, but it’s amazing that it’s decreasing and it’s working. I hope there will be a big change in my income. Thank you for reading today as well. 🙂
