[General hospital series] I’m going to talk about how I treated my fistula

My nose has been bad since I was young, so I remember going to an otolaryngology department that prescribes a lot of antibiotics in the neighborhood since the lower grades of elementary school. They prescribed me a green Nazal spray, so I remember spraying it on both sides of my nose.

My nose is running so much that I thought about it on the bus one day. “Ah, it’s so uncomfortable because it’s pouring out so much from now on. “I’d rather move on”

God granted my wish. As this got worse, it developed into a rear fistula that moved backwards. But I didn’t know it was a disease that drove me crazy. It might be a dirty story because my nose goes back, but those who have experienced it will know.

The sticky nose is constantly moving back and it’s sticky in my mouth, so I have to constantly spit it out, so I’m going crazy. But I can’t keep spitting out in class, so I have to swallow it and I’m going crazy.

So, I looked up folk remedies on the Internet, put something called Abbong on my nose, gargle with salt water, bought a nasal cleaner and saline solution, and washed my nose. I went to the university hospital, but there was no way. What I recommended there was Nazal Spray and nose washing, but it didn’t get much better.

And I didn’t have money at home, so I didn’t even dare to try something like a weak oriental medicine clinic. I feel uncomfortable because I think my herbal medicine will be bad for my liver because I took bipolar drugs.

After I became a college student and had some time to spare, I thought about fixing it and getting it fixed, and then I went to a famous hospital and got an allergy test for rhinitis. There were also house dust mites. So, I organized my bedding carefully with a thermal vacuum cleaner to remove house dust mites.

But the stupid’s hubiru didn’t get better. So, as a result of further research, I went there with great determination because oriental medicine clinics that put saliva in the throat and nose and purify the body with a complete vegetarian diet for more than 100 days are effective. Then, it wasn’t an advertisement, but the real Hubiru got better.

I thought I went crazy when I went on a vegan diet for a few months because of my love of eating, but I was so stressed out, but I guess something really worked. Being under extreme stress was a side effect, but once my nose went back, it came back to the front.

And when I put saliva in my throat and nose, there was a lot of blood, and it hurt so much that I cried a lot. I remember getting it like 30 times. My symptoms are quite severe.

Even now, rhinitis of a poor person, whether allergic or vascular, still coexist. If there’s something irritating, my nose will run, so I always carry a tissue with me. If I eat something hot or spicy, my nose will be full.

When you eat, pat it with a puff in the middle of the nose. I really want to solve this problem in my life, but if it doesn’t work, I think I can’t help it, and I just stay with the disease. It’s good that you don’t die..

Wipe your nose a lot, so it’s good to apply Vaseline or Thetaphil when you’re sick because your philtrum is broken. And there is a separate moist tissue product, but you can use such a product, and if you don’t have one, you can just use any tissue. You just need to moisturize well.

I cough often and get phlegm in my throat, but when fine dust gets worse, it gets worse, so I tend to block fine dust thoroughly. Wear a mask thoroughly especially in spring or winter as a KF product, I also bought a home device that measures fine dust and ultrafine dust at home with an air purifier. I also installed the app. Our lungs and bronchial tubes are precious!

I tend to catch a cold easily because my body is weak, but if it’s a little awkward, I take comprehensive cold medicine and sleep well. Drink a lot of hot water. And it’s a good tip. If you sleep with tape (color tape) on your mouth when you sleep, you don’t breathe in your mouth, but breathe with your nose, so your nose becomes moist, which is good for your health. And your face gets prettier, too.
