Living a healthy and happy life is important to everyone~! Among them, I think it’s a blessing to sleep well and eat well. ^^ While it’s a pleasure to eat, it may feel cumbersome to prepare a meal, but I’m sharing it because I recently found a convenient, nutritious and reliable menu.

It’s an omelette.

After oiling the frying pan, break 2 eggs into a bowl, stir, add salt, and fold it.

When you start eating in the morning, it is said that starting your meal with protein or vegetable ingredients, not sugar (carbohydrates), is healthy without raising blood sugar.

I also have irritable bowel syndrome, so I’m very interested in food, and I try to eat something that energizes my body without being heavy in the morning. I also try to eat nutritious food. I also try to organize my diet to eat fresh foods that are close to natural foods these days. For example, I am eating fresh foods and omelets. I am experimenting with vitamin-rich foods to strengthen my intestinal immune system and make substances like serotonin and dopamine. Since the intestines are my second brain, wouldn’t eating good fresh foods have a big impact on my mind and emotions?
