Speak about lenses and eye health care tips.

Hello, Somoms! DEAR ABBY: My name is Kelly, who longed for the wonderful life of a New Yorker on TV and in the U.S. as a child, and that’s what I feel like living today. The wonderful workaholic sisters looked like, and today Kelly is dedicating herself to the task of worshipping and losing track of time. I’m thrilled to see the painting hanging at the Starbucks. 🙂 Now that I can think of it, I’m going to put eye drops of artificial tears in my eyes.

Kelly has been to quite a few Starbucks stores. When I went on a trip around the world, I visited Starbucks there and several Starbucks stores with unique interior design in Korea. The place I visited today is also cool and not bad. And I feel the vibration frequency of studying together, so I feel better energy.

Maybe because the weather has gotten cooler, the warm cafe latte is so good. I used the gifticon from my favorite pastor as a gift, and he’s gone to the U.S., so he’s doing well, right? I’m a grateful person for being a spiritual support during my divorce. The intro was long today. Today, I’m going to talk about eye health.

My eyes got very bad because my friend introduced me to my in the lower grades of elementary school, so I got up to play Tetris and Windward. I was addicted to them and enjoyed them. I got up to play games in the early morning. So I started wearing glasses. When I was young, I didn’t think much about wearing glasses, but when I went to college, everyone took off their glasses and put on makeup to look good, and I found them so uncomfortable. So I put on contact lenses.

But I was poor, so I wore inexpensive lenses. I don’t want cotton wool to do this. I hope you will be able to experience trial and error by teaching me a lesson. Wearing inexpensive soft lenses for a long time and sleeping with your eyes closed? This is really bad for your eyes. I guess this is why dry eyes got worse. After I had some free time at work, I wore soft lenses that were still in the price range. I tried not to sleep at all while wearing them.

People with severe dry eyes get IPL and suffer a lot from quality of life, but I’m not that bad, so I used artificial tears and occasional eye packs to relieve the symptoms. And in winter, it’s not good to dry inside the room, so I turned on the humidifier. You can wet a towel and microwave it for 30 seconds to put it on your eyes. And it’s not good to use your hands to acupressure your eyes. Doctors say that folk remedies like this are bad.

And I recently got TodayLasek done to take off my glasses, which was my long-cherished dream (?) and I am taking Omega 3. It’s amazing to look like this without glasses or lens. It’s not good to sleep on your stomach or on your side because it’s not good to press your eyes. It’s good for your eyes to sleep upright, and to take care of your eyes with artificial tears so that your eyes don’t dry. The feeling that your nose is not pressed and your eyes are not pressed by your lens is a new world. First of all, it would be best to preserve your eyesight because your eyes are not exposed to electronic devices too much during your childhood, but it is not common in these days. There must be genetic factors, too.

I heard that the reason why Mongolians have good eyesight is because they look far away. If you work on 50 minutes, I think it’s good to have the habit of looking far away even for a minute or two. Kelly also tries to look far away at nature during her breaks. Then I can definitely feel the fatigue in my eyes. Thank you for reading today as well 🙂
